The year is coming to an end and we have the winter solstice ahead of us, the celebration of the rebirth of the light.
It’s the perfect time for you to reflect on the past year, let go of anything you don’t want to bring with you, and prepare your mind and body for the new year ahead.
Take some time out and join us for 4 cozy days on the beautiful NONNA Hof with an amazing sauna (!) in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Surrounded by dreamlike nature, we will spend time together diving deeper into our yoga practice, and connect with ourselves, but also with wonderful people. We will start the retreat by reflecting on the end of the past year, letting go of the old and celebrating the new energy arising. Together we will then prepare our minds and bodies for the new year ahead of us.
In addition to wonderful and carefully selected yoga program, you will also have time for yourself – to simply relax & hang out – for reading, sauna and walks in nature (depending on the weather ;).
A Jivamukti class awaits you in the morning and more grounding practice including Yin and Yoga Nidra in the late afternoon. This yoga retreat is suitable for everyone, but it is an advantage if you have a regular yoga practice.
If you are pregnant or have any injuries, please let us know before you register so that we can make the best decision for you together.

This hole life is a journey, and how little do we understand. But what we will do, is keep on going. Anke started her travel surrounded by Nature and a lot of animals. Her greatest teachers became the beings and atmosphere around her. She loves it to be in the state of concentration. And to dive deep in the healing vibrations of the sound, in combination with a strong Asana Practice.

During her Yoga journey she has dedicated her work to the field of emotional wellbeing. After being training in various Yoga & Meditation styles, she has focused her work on helping her students to overcome anxiety and treat or prevent burnout. Through Movement and Breath she supports you to release stored emotions and tension from your body and mind. She is teaching group and individual sessions in Berlin or online.
